Here are my 5 easy ways to strengthen the relationship with your audience and ultimately, convert more of your followers into buyers!

1. Engage with your followers ✍🏼

It sounds so simple, but commenting on and liking their posts is an easy way to show that you appreciate and value their presence on your page. To turn up the sauce an extra notch, reply to their stories frequently and try to stay up to date with what they’re doing 🤓

2. Share personal and BTS content 🌛

Sharing personal and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content helps to humanise your brand and make it more relatable to your audience. Not only will your audience show an increase in trust and engagement, but it’s so much more fun to create content that showcases your personality!

3. Host a Q&A or AMA (Ask Me Anything) session 🎙

These types of posts allow your followers to ask you questions and get to know you better. Again, adding that personal touch 💅

An added bonus to these sessions is that you get a grasp on what type of content your audience is looking for. Multiple times in the past during creative burnout I’ve simply put a question box on my story and used the responses as content ideas for the following month – genius! 🧠

4. Collaborate with other accounts 🥂

Collaborating with other accounts in your industry or niche can help expose your brand to a new audience and foster stronger relationships with your existing followers.
